Ich denke es gibt für deine Frage an anderen Orten bessere Hilfe, als in einem deutschem Landwirtschaftsforum.

Du kannst über Internet versuchen, eine in der Nähe befindliche Gruppe der "Anonymen Alkoholikern" zu finden. Diese haben neben den Alkoholikergruppen auch welche für Angehörige (Alanon) und Kinder von Alkoholikern (Alateen).
Aber, dass sich ein Kind erst einweisen lassen muss, um psychologische Hilfe zu erhalten, kommt mir ziemlich seltsam vor.
(Meinst du mit "Südholland" die Provinz oder die ganzen Niederlande?)

Also in Deutschland würde ich den Weg gehen:

Zum Hausarzt, der hat normal eine Liste von Psychotherapeuten, darunter auch speziell für Kinder und Jugendliche. Dann bleibt nichts anderes übrig als die durchzutelefonieren wer Termine frei hat, zur Not auf die Warteliste setzen lassen. Caritas z.B. hat auch dementsprechende Angebote.

Wie es in Holland aussieht weiß ich nicht, sollte aber analog ähnlich aussehen.
Der Neider sieht den Garten, den Spaten sieht er nicht.
